Starter Sets

The ultimate soft artists' painting pastels are available in these three different sets. PanPastels are a revolutionary new medium for artists. They are inter-mixable and artists working in pastel can achieve a more painterly effect than ever before, including techniques for blocking in large areas of color in seconds as well as applying ultra-thin glazing layers.

All of the PanPastel professional-quality colors are highly pigmented and lightfast. The special formulation of PanPastel colors delivers an amazingly soft pastel with virtually no dust, and the clever packaging allows them to be stacked together for easy storage or travel for plein air painters.

The Painting Starter Set includes colors 340.5 permanent red, 220.5 hansa yellow, 520.5 ultramarine blue, 100.5 titanium white, and 800.5 black.

The Tints Starter Set includes colors 220.8 hansa yellow tint, 640.8 permanent green tint, 520.8 ultramarine blue tint, 470.8 violet tint, and 340.8 permanent red tint.

The Shades Starter Set includes colors 470.3 violet shade, 520.3 ultramarine blue shade, 340.3 permanent red shade, 660.3 chromium oxide green shade, and 220.3 hansa yellow shade.

All sets include a sampling of 4 Sofft Tools, a line of tools and sponge applicators made specifically for PanPastels.
